HOW TO REGISTER:
There are two ways to register: register on the website or send back your registration form.
The registration form must be filled out by a congress participant. Specify, where applicable, the surname(s) and forename(s) of the accompanying person(s) on the same registration form.
The registration form and payment (or a copy of the document(s) supporting payment) must be sent to:

So as to avoid any confusion or errors due to postal or bank delays, registrations sent by mail shall no longer be accepted after 31 May 2007 (as evidenced by the postmark). Beyond this deadline, registrations must be made on-site at the Cité centre de Congrès de Lyon reception desk, subject to availability.
PAYMENT TERMS:
All payments must be made exclusively in euros by any of the following means:
• by cheque made out to "PACKAGE SA"
• by banker's card: MASTER / VISA / EUROCARD
• by bank transfer to the order of "PACKAGE SA"
Please send a copy of the transfer specifying the number and address of the participant.
In the event of bank transfers from abroad, please use the SWIFT system.

This letter will be sent only to the person how are registred.

You are going to apply for a letter that allows you to obtain a visa in order to come in Lyon and participate in Transducers'07 that will be held in Lyon from June 10 - 14, 2007.
We remind you that by signing, you accept sole responsibility. In the case of clandestine immigration we cannot accept responsibility. We also inform you that all the information given in this form is liable to be transmitted to the French Minister of Affairs (Ministère des Affaires Etrangères Français).
