The International Conference on Solid-State Sensors, Actuators and Microsystems has biennially attracted the largest number of Microsystems research scientists and professionals from academia and industry all around the world.
Keeping with the tradition, this 14th edition merges TRANSDUCERS’07 and EUROSENSORS XXI, and we anticipate
more than 1000 attendees who will gather and exchange the latest advances in the areas of design, manufacturing, testing, packaging and new applications of Sensors, Actuators and Microsystems during four days.
