Congress registration desk:
All congress documents (personal badges, final programme, congress guides, tickets for social events and for accompanying persons...) may be picked up by registered participants at the following times:

	Sunday, June 10th :	8am – 2pm (only for Short courses )	=> Entrance "E" Level 2 "Saint Clair", in "Foyer Saint Clair"
	Sunday, June 10th :	4pm – 8pm	=> Entrance "B" Level -1 "Reception hall Bellecour"
	Monday June, 11th :	7am - 6pm
	Tuesday June, 12th :	8am - 6pm
	Wednesday June, 13th :	8am - 6pm
	Thursday June, 14th :	8am - 2pm

Official languages of the congress:
All written materials used during the congress will be in English.

If you need a letter of invitation for visa purposes, please contact Marine Frachon at the following address: marine.frachon@gl-events.com
This letter will be sent only to the person how are registred.

WARNING !
You are going to apply for a letter that allows you to obtain a visa in order to come in Lyon and participate in Transducers'07 that will be held in Lyon from June 10 - 14, 2007.
We remind you that by signing, you accept sole responsibility. In the case of clandestine immigration we cannot accept responsibility. We also inform you that all the information given in this form is liable to be transmitted to the French Minister of Affairs (Ministère des Affaires Etrangères Français).
The letters will be exclusively sent by email in PDF format.
